My husband is Japanese and I’m American and we have a 7 year old daughter. We have attempted to teach her some Japanese and spent a month in Japan this summer with family, but she still only has a very limited vocabulary. She would really benefit from someone one-on-one to help her on a more regular basis. Our goal is for her to learn enough Japanese to be able to apply and be accepted into the Keisho Center School for next school year.
We are hoping to find someone who might be able to do one or two hours a week. We are available Monday, Tuesday, and Friday evenings and weekends (Saturday all day and Sunday afternoons). We live in the area of Gaithersburg, MD.
